By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.

Important Notes:

♦ Currently I will not be accepting any nsfw requests.

Commercial Use:

♦ Base Priced pieces will NOT be for commercial usage.
♦ Logos and any art for commercial use are 2x the amount if you’ll be using it for promotional things such as games and merchandise. ( I do not mind social media as long as it's not promoting a type of product but for streaming it is allowed.)
♦ I reserve the right to reproduce and use finished pieces for portfolio or advertisement purposes. (If you'd like to receive credit please state your name or online handle)

♦ If you want your commission to be private and not shown anywhere, I will charge a 30% privacy fee.

General guidelines:

♦ The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.
♦ The Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
♦ You may NOT use this for commercial purposes; selling this material online or anywhere is restricted. You may print it for personal use only.
♦ For Commercial use you must give me specific arrangements through email or here (Note).
♦ You may NOT edit, alter or transform the image without permission(like removing the signature, change the colors, crop the image, repaint it or any ways to change the image from its original form).
♦ If you want to change the color/crop/add an object to the image you must ask me. I'll be the one to edit the image for you.
♦ Commission may take up to 1-4 weeks depending on the detailing. If delays arise, you will be notified.

Payment:

♦ All payment should be in USD. Via Paypal.
♦ An invoice will be sent and you will be given options to pay upfront or in parts if the cost is higher than $25.
(please consider paypal may have taxes if you do payments)
♦ Although, You will be required to pay half of the payment before the start of a piece, the final payment must be made before receiving the final piece.
♦ You’ll receive a small preview to review before the final stage in this case, and will receive the full finished piece only after the final payment is made.

Refunds and canceling:

♦ If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of what you’ve paid.
♦ If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund.
♦ You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.

Emotes/Icons

Note:
+ When filling out the form please upload your character's file and choose the emote option. Feel free to be as detailed as you'd like when requesting an emote.
+ All emotes will be in color only.
*For Vtubers if you'd like to request I can make two icons that can be used for talking while streaming. If you like for them to be vector and separated to be used for Live2D purposes please message me for more information on that.

Assets

Note:
You can request assets drawn for streams or for any project you'd like, but please remember to check my TOS.

Reference Sheets

Options:
+ Simple: front view and one headshot:
+ Standard: back, front view, and three headshots:
+ Big: back, front, any additional pose or alt. outfit, and three headshots.
Note:
+ If you don’t have a reference for the character then I can design one for you, but It will cost $20-$40 + the reference sheet. Also, reference sheets will be only colored but, if you'd like cheaper options the flats are -$10, lineart -$20, and sketches -$30.

Digital Paintings

Note:
Currently, I will not be doing full-body detailed paintings, but please remember to click character painting for these options.
